Terms and Conditions

1. General

The terms and conditions below will apply to all CATERING SPARES offers and sales to the customer. Any terms and conditions of business of the customer will be inapplicable.

2. Pricing

The prices for the spare parts/goods we deliver will be based in each case on the up-to-date prices which can be viewed our website, www.cateringspares.com.au. Errors are excepted, and prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Shipping 

All orders are shipped within 1 working day. If you have not received an order within 5 days, please notify us by email at: support@cateringspares.com.au

CATERING SPARES is using Fastway Couriers, Couriers Please,  Australia Post and DHL.

Shipping charges will be applied based on the delivery method chosen by the CATERING SPARES. Shipping timer are estimates only. Finial shipping cost will be calculated when invoicing an order.  As the delivery of an order is beyond CATERING SPARES's control once the order leaves CATERING SPARES's facilities, CATERING SPARES cannot assume liability for late deliveries, regardless of the method specified by the Buyer. CATERING SPARES will take NO responsibility for goods lost or stolen when asked by customer to "leave at the door" or "no signature required". All goods will be shiped WITHOUT inssurance. It is customer sole responibility to ask for goods to be inssured.

4. Goods Return

Your satisfaction is our first priority at CATERING SPARES. If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your credit card. Conditions are:

No returns after 7 days from delivery

- Returns not accepted without Goods Return Authority 

- No goods will be accepted after one month from invoice date 

- Restocking fee of 20% will be charged at our discretion. 

 - Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.

Return cost is payable by customer and goods must be signed on delivery.

5. Warranty

We encourage that all parts are to be installed by a competent person in accordance with manufacturer specifications and warranty conditions. Manufacturer guarantees may be on condition that you use a qualified technician. CATERING SPARES cannot be held liable for any damage and or additional costs caused by fitting a part.

All spare parts supplied by CATERING SPARES have 3 (three) months manufacturers warranty from original invoice date. The warranty period commences on the date of the original/initial invoice and is strictly limited (at our sole discretion) to a replacement or refund.  If supplied part is found to be of manufacturing fault, we reserve rights to repair faulty part or replace faulty part with new part or refund money to your nominated bank account within four weeks. 

All warranty claims will be inspected by our engineering team. If you are not satisfied with our verdict, CATERING SPARES will organise testing by nominated third party company. In a case of  'not fault found' or 'damaged by user' you will be asked to pay all necessery cost.

We do not warrant incorrectly installed parts. 

We do not warrant parts installed by not qualified persons.

CATERING SPARES cannot be held liable for any loss of warranty, damage caused, labour costs, time delays or any other expenses associated with the supply or installation of any products/parts we sell.
